I recently relocated from Ventura to Boise, Idaho. I needed to sell my Ventura Condo to make the move.
My agent Nora Paulson was the key factor in presenting my home for a fast sell at a price that was better
than I expected.
During Nora's first visit we did a walk through my Condo. Nora make several suggestions to make my Condo more presentable. Such as replacing a rusted heater vent, some touchup painting, and reducing counter clutter. Then we discussed my time frame as to when I was expecting to be able to move. Nora also left me with sales comps, to give me an idea of a sales price. When Nora returned for her second visit she had arranged for us to view the condos in adjoining complexes that were already on the market. After walking through all 6 units we placed my condo on the market for $20,000 more that the highest priced unit we had viewed. Within 2 weeks Nora presented a better than full price offer. Nora's knowledge of the market place, her interest in listening to my concerns and her keen eye to see the best way to present my home for sale made this transaction a great experience.
