She worked with us for 8 months in the process of remodeling and
selling John’s parents condo in Hueneme Bay, Port Hueneme.
We do not live in the area, so Nora was instrumental in helping
us locate contractors to remodel.
She called and arranged meetings with sub contractors. She made contacts for inspections and checked with local and county offices. Whatever needed to be done, Nora eagerly volunteered to do it. There were times when she anticipated what needed to be done, and it was already completed before we even realized the need. She continually provided us with comparable values, and when it came time to list the condo, she helped us visit properties that were for sale. As a result, we listed at a desirable market price and sold the condo in one week.
As a side comment, we would like to tell prospective sellers, that your home or condo will sell quickly if it is in pristine condition, has been upgraded, and is staged. The costs and effort are well worthwhile. Nora was always responsive to our calls and emails. She is pleasant to work with – a very nice person. If you are looking for a realtor to sell your property or a realtor to help you locate a property, Nora is a super realtor. She was recommended to us by a Hueneme Bay resident for whom she both sold her home and located her new home. We are very fortunate to have had Nora as our realtor.
