Association of Realtors. She is a person with boundless energy, drive and dedication.
Ms. Paulson always goes the extra mile to perform with the highest integrity.
She is, above all, loyal and dedicated to her clients.
I've been privileged to associate with her through my work as a volunteer for elderly support
in Ventura County. I have first hand knowledge of her ability to handle very delicate situations.
She is sensitive to her client's preferences, yet tactful and diplomatic in helping them make
the right decisions for their best interest.
She has an excellent macro view of her business. She keeps herself abreast of the issues that
affect the local market and clientele. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their
neighborhoods. She does her homework!
On the other hand, she has and excellent micro view of technical issues. She is thorough when
it comes to questions of code and statute requirements. Ms. Paulson does not take the easy way
out when closing a deal. She rolls up her sleeves and does what needs to be done.
I've witnessed her attention to detail in contacting families in other parts of the country to
help them make a "long distance" arrangements for a family members move. She is a superb negotiator
when it comes to settling the myriad of issues that arise during closing.
She handles each of them "head on", based upon her sound knowledge and years of experience
working with numerous trades personnel.
