Regarding: Letter of Recommendation for Nora Paulson
To whom It May Concern:
Recently Nora Paulson represented my elderly aunt in the sale of her Oxnard, California home.
Since my wife and I were in Calif. for three weeks to complete the move and preparing the home
for the new owner to move in, we were able to observe Nora closely. As my aunt did not wish to
participate in any of the details, this was a difficult transaction for Nora to steer to completion
without cooperation. As a realtor she preformed a splendid role. She clearly understood the local
market and suggested inexpensive changes to increase the opportunities for sale.
On her own she remedied the problems uncovered in the home inspection. She spent her own personal
time in helping to ready the home to turn over to the buyer. She understood the financing and
closing process and acted as liaison and assured that the final paperwork details were handled
properly and timely as scheduled. Her people skills were evident as she calmed an uncooperative
and nervous seller and dealt with a non-English speaking buyer. In summary, Nora is an intelligent,
skilled and personal representative. She is an excellent manager with gentle but effective powers
of persuasion and a problem solver. Nora would make an excellent addition to your Board.
If you desire to discuss our conclusions by phone, please do not hesitate to call at the above number.
